You will play a key role in the operation of our entire business as a visible and powerful force for order.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Greeting patrons and checking IDsCollecting cover chargesProviding security and safetyMaintaining bar supplies, when neededProtecting bar patrons and staffMonitoring bar or club perimeter for safety concernsAssessing customer aggression or intoxicationJob QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:Ability to work during peak business hours, including Fridays, Saturdays and special eventsPossess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and cultureAbility to assess threats and over-intoxicationComfortable talking to peopleAbility to manage multiple people and situations while maintaining composureEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Must be at least 18 years of ageESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 30 hours a weekAbility to stand/walk for 2-6 hours per dayMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carryMust be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoorsMust be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer trafficWork environment: exposure to food, liquor, mixing devices, drink machines, water, sanitizers, cleaning products, knives, other sharp objects, and slippery floorsJob Type: Part-timeSchedule:12 hour shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekends as neededWork Location: In person
