Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates residents and clients.We are seeking engaging observant friendly and highly professional individuals to serve as Doormen for our luxury residential high-rise in Austin Texas. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality guest interaction and creating a warm welcome at every arrival.We offer a fun work environment competitive pay and exciting rewards based on performance and accomplishments.Shifts: Part-Time / Full-TimePosition RequirementsExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong situational awareness and problem-solving abilitiesTakes pride and ownership in the position and propertyAbility to respond promptly and courteously to residents and guests needsMinimum two years of hospitality customer service or front-facing service experienceOutstanding interpersonal skills and a naturally welcoming demeanorOrganized proactive productive and self-motivated with a positive attitudeNeat polished and professionally groomed appearanceAbility to think clearly remain composed and make quick decisions under pressureMain ResponsibilitiesWarmly greet and open doors for residents guests and visitorsProvide a seamless arrival and departure experience offering assistance with bags packages umbrellas and curbside needsMaintain a strong presence at the front entry and ensure the lobby entrance remains clean orderly and welcomingMonitor front entry activity to support resident safety and building securityManage vehicle and pedestrian flow at the front drive; assist with rideshare deliveries and authorized vendor accessCommunicate professionally in person and via radio or phoneCoordinate with the concierge and management team to support building operationsAssist with package handling and deliveries as neededProvide directions local information and general assistance with a polished guest-focused demeanorMaintain confidentiality and uphold all building standardsMust be able to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidaysAble to work outdoors in heat and cold weatherExperience RequirementsBackground in hospitality customer service luxury retail or related front-facing rolesProven experience delivering exceptional guest serviceStratton Amenities is an equal opportunity employer.
