Beyond bringing the heat to the kitchen, the Dough Pro showcases the quality and freshness of our food and the exacting care that goes into its preparation. Our Dough Pros:Produce pizzas and shareables per guest specifications.Keep the production area clean and organized.Monitor ovens and remove pizzas when they are baked to perfection. Communicate order status with the expediter.Restock the dough station as needed.
