Downsizing Specialist at The Downsizers LLC

Our Downsizing Specialists provide the following services:Work with Project Manager and Team Lead to implement customized Move Plan and Timeline for all client projects Prepare for projects by reviewing project team and client notes (candidates must be detail-oriented and also critical thinkers) Responsible for driving 14-ft ProMaster High-Roof Van  (candidate needs to feel comfortable driving large van - training provided) Responsible for loading/unloading supplies before and after projects as neededProvide highest level of client serviceAssist clients to determine which items to keep donate gift sell or discardProfessionally pack all items coordinate with movers and assist with unpacking and getting client settled in their new homeInitiate and maintain communication with Project Manager and/or Team Lead throughout projectUtilize project management tools for timely completion of moveProvide feedback to Project Manager and/or Team Lead for the best possible service to clientsComplete online in-office and on-site trainingsParticipate in Team MeetingsRead and respond as needed to Team Updates and emailsQualifications : Our ideal candidates enjoy working with and supporting older adults and individuals in transition. They have a strong attention to detail excellent verbal and written communication skills strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task. This candidate is a critical thinker and is highly flexible. This candidate is teachable adaptable to different personalities a team player and comfortable with technology.Our culture is steeped in a unique combination of compassion collaboration trust critical thinking joy and providing exceptional customer service and experience. This candidate must be available three full days per week. No weekend work is required.
