Drama Club Musical Production Producer NeededLocation: Williston Central SchoolThe Williston Central School Drama department is seeking a part time Producer to work with the current Artistic Team on their next musical production. This is a category B K-8 co-curricular stipend position.The Producer will:Collaborate with the Director and other members of the Artistic Team to produce the school musical April 9-11 2025.Attend 1 or 2 pre-production meetings beginning in late NovemberCo-organize and attend parent/student information night in early DecemberUpdate production website in Google Sites in collaboration with DirectorCreate casting template spreadsheetSit on casting panel along with Director and other team members late DecemberAs needed liaise with school and staff on behalf of Drama productionOversee parent volunteers to ensure that volunteer tasks are assigned and will be completedHandle all aspects of ticket sales program advertising and program creationSchedule space usage needed by productionAttend rehearsals as needed for behavior and expectation reinforcementHighly organizedProficient at Google sheets Google sitesBachelors preferredStrong preference experience in school environment and previous musical experienceThis is an extracurricular stipend activity.
