What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately via our drive-thru system.
• Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments.
• Prepare and deliver drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service or cashiering.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to each and every customer
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive-thru experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• ServSafe Certification
