Serves as the single point of contact for the Fleet Dry Cask Storage (DCS) group.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:Support Fleet Refueling Pre / Post outage activities as needed at the Managers home plant Support Fleet Refueling Outages at all Vistra plants including travelling as needed.Participates in Fleet Refueling Training Workshops and OPI sessions as neededThis position requires approximately 30-40% travel.Technical understanding of nuclear plant programs processes and procedures.Clear and logical thinking in stressful situations involving complex technical problems; ability to manage a multi-discipline team of professionals; ability to advise negotiate and resolve conflict; ability to effectively interface with peers; ability to interface with major contract organization to support both operating and outage activities.Ability to lead and motivate project managers.
