Dry Cooker Operator

The Dry Cooker Operator must be able to maintain accurate record keeping; responsible for maintaining continuous flow of product through the dry cookers; establish proper and timely communications with other operators in the process; responsible for cleanup of the dry cooker equipment if needed; report any issues to the supervisor on duty. Always adheres to all USDA, GMP and safety regulations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work in a safe manner
• Work well with other employees
• Follow and understand all of the "Standard Operating Procedures"
• Must be able to run all equipment efficiently
• Will monitor pH levels of runs
• Responsible for adjustment of ingredients accordingly
• Will monitor temperature cooks
• Ensure that cooks are within specified ranges
• Responsible for maintaining a clear, orderly, and neat work area

Pay Range: $30.67-$36.14
