The position manages subcontractor engagement, ensures precise scope definition, and facilitates collaboration among project stakeholders. Responsibilities also include supporting constructability reviews, advancing value analysis, maintaining consistent estimating practices, overseeing document control, guiding post-bid activities, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging estimating technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
