Job Summary:Bay-CSS is seeking a compassionate DSP (Direct Support Professional) to join our Residential Program team in Leonardtown MD on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). The DSP will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This role requires a valid drivers license with reliable transportation and car insurance the ability to lift at least 50lbs and the capacity to pass a background check.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Compassionate and patient demeanorResponsibilities:- Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation personal hygiene and housekeeping- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents- Assist with community outings and recreational activities- Document and maintain records of residents progress and behavior- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive living environmentSchedule: Monday to Friday 4pm to 9pmCompensation: $21 per hour with a $2 weekend shift differential Key Skills Business Development,Financial Services,Import,Air Pressure Handling,Clinical Employment Type : Hourly Experience: years Vacancy: 1
