As an Instructional Assistant youll be required to:Assist in implementation of Individual Service Plans and program activitiesAssist individuals with personal care needsTransport participants safely to and from services utilizing agency vehiclesIts fulfilling work that makes an immediate difference in lives. To help our participants you will be provided training and instruction on behavior management communication techniques and assistive technology.About Elim:At Elim we believe that every person has a God-given purpose and we are passionate about helping children and adults with developmental disabilities discover and pursue theirs.
