What Youll Do:In our hotels there is never a dull moment. Our associates are constantly on the move bringing the best service they possibly this challenging work environment we need someone to bolster our associates spirits. Think youre up to the challenge The Hotel HR Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning within the property team. As the liaison between upper management and the hotels employees you will be supporting and providing guidance to both executives and associates.Here are some of the tasks you can expect to complete on a daily basis:Provide assistance guidance and counseling to the General Manager management staff and associates.Develop implement and administer policies and programs related to the management of all associates to ensure the maintenance of a positive and productive employment environment.Direct and instruct the management staff in effective recruiting using methods such as verbal presentations and written directions to ensure the hiring and retention of qualified associates.Instruct employee training classes and make recommendations to the management staff for improvement.Where Youve Been:You have at least a bachelors degree in human resources management business management a similar field or comparable experience. You have at least 3 years experience working in HR. Familiarity with various human resources programs such as compensation and benefits packages and local state and federal law is strongly recommended but not required.
