Production Helper - 3rd Shift

Our client, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Helper to join their Dye Department. In this role, you'll help create vibrant, high-quality quilting and embroidery threads that are used by businesses/crafters worldwide. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity offering steady hours and excellent benefits upon hire.

What's the Job?

• Preparing industrial dye baths for threads and flosses
• Following recipes and formulas to achieve precise results
• Color matching to ensure consistent, accurate color saturation
• Documenting processes and results for quality control

What's Needed?

• Strong ability to distinguish between shades and values of color
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Comfort working in a warm/humid environment
• Basic math skills
• High school diploma or GED
