Our ideal candidate is:Positive dependable and emotionally intelligentAttentive to each childs needs strengths and unique backgroundCreative flexible and able to adapt quicklyA strong communicator who works well in a team environmentKey QualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldAssociates degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferredCompletion of Montana state-required early childhood training within 6 months of hireCompletion of STARS Assistant Teacher training within 12 monthsCPR/AED certified or able to obtain within 30 days (training provided)Strong communication teamwork and organizational skillsGenuine love for working with young childrenAbout Our CenterKid Kare and Kid Kare Infant Center are licensed by the state of Montana and rated STAR 3 in the STARS to Quality Programreflecting our commitment to excellence.We care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years serving Logan Health employees on a space-available basis. Our environment encourages exploration self-sufficiency curiosity and early developmental milestones that set the foundation for lifelong learning.What Youll Be DoingAs an Assistant Teacher youll play a meaningful role in supporting children during some of their most important developmental years. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program.
