Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPURPOSE OF THE POSITION:This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) for a licensed mental health professional who will be directing and helping to develop a day treatment program for children ages 3-7. This position includes working with clients and providing supervision to staff in the program, as well as being the expert on the program. POSITION DETAILS: Schedule/Location: On-site at Secure Base Counseling Center’s Day Treatment location. Some telehealth work may also be provided based on the needs of the program but this individual is expected to be on-site for most of the standard work weekCompensation: $95,000 - $120,000/year, dependent on experienceQUALIFICATIONS:A licensed mental health professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP).An approved clinical supervisor in the state of Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)DC 0-5 trainedIn good standing with their board and current with continuing educationPreference given to a clinician with 1-2 years of supervisory experienceClient-centered, systemic, and trauma-informedProgram development experience preferredRESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all aspects of the Day Treatment ProgramInterview and hire program team membersProvide clinical supervision to team Develop and maintain a program manualCreate and maintain curriculum for programManage program budgetMonitor and evaluate performance of direct reportsConduct 90 day and annual reviews with direct reports Monitor billable hours for their direct reportsManage compliance of their direct reportsApprove and manage PTO for direct reportsWork with HR for recruitment purposes Coordinate and participate in marketing for clientsConduct Corrective Action Plans when necessaryAttend staff meetings as neededParticipate in the leadership development program Remain compliant in billing and documentation per SBCC policyPromote positive culture at SBCCPromote SBCC’s core valuesProvide therapy services to clients and families in the programOther responsibilities as needed for the program to function optimallyCOMPENSATION:Supervisors are W2 employees and are paid every two weeks. Checks are issued through ADP by direct deposit into the employee's account of choosing. Supervisors are paid based on experience and time at SBCC.
