You will ensure the highest quality of service for both children and their families while fostering a positive and engaging environment. This leadership position requires a balance of business management, team leadership, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for childhood development and a commitment to growing our community of families.Responsibilities:Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the center, including staff training and effective communication with parentsFamily Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concernsStrategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment andretain current familiesSafety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children,families, and staff at all timesQualifications:Experience with children: Proven experience working with young children in an organized settingLeadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the abilityto motivate and guide a teamTeam-Oriented: Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated teamplayerEffective Communication: Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff,parents, and guestsPhysical Capability: Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 poundsEndurance: Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling jobresponsibilitiesBackground: A background in dance, theater or kinesiology are desired.Company Overview:My Gym Childrens Fitness Center is an international corporation with 600 locations dedicated to providing exceptional recreational fitness and gymnastics programs for children ages 4 months to 10 years.
