Early Childhood Lead Teacher- Preschool Room - Full-Time Part-Time at The Staff Pad

At The Staff Pad, we're proud to partner with a respected non-profit healthcare system in beautiful Helena, MT, to hire a caring and reliable Early Childhood Lead Teacher fopr the Pre-School Room who is excited to create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for children ages 2-5.

Schedule: Full-Time Part-Time
What You'll Do
- Provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences for preschool-aged children (2-5 years)
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that support children's growth
- Supervise children, guide positive behavior, partner with families, and collaborate with staff to create a high-quality early learning experience
- Promote curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and school readiness while maintaining licensing, health and safety, and program quality standards
What We Are Looking For
- Two years of experience in a licensed early childhood program required
- 32 hours of ECP training or Level 2 on the ECP Registry required
- At least 18 years old
- AHA Heartsaver CPR and Pediatric First Aid certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Current on the Montana Early Childhood Project Practitioner Registry (within 15 days of hire)
- Infant Safety Essentials (within 30 days of hire)
- Health and Safety Required Professional Development (within 90 days of hire)
- Complete mandatory 16-hour annual training and maintain required hospital and State Licensing immunizations
