(No spending your own money on materials and supplies for classrooms!)Baby Fox Academy strives to be the BEST PLACE TO WORK.Some things we look for in applicants:High School Diploma/GED (REQUIRED)Able to pass background check (REQUIRED)Experience working in a childcare environment, with INFANTS (REQUIRED)CDA/FCCPC and/or degree in ECE or related field AND Staff Credential (Preferred)45 hours of Early Childhood Training (REQUIRED)CPR Certification (preferred)SUPER ENERGETIC, Friendly, Responsible, Organized, NOT AFRAID TO GET MESSY and HAVE FUN!(REQUIRED)Responsibilities- Must be able to fully implement classroom lesson plans. Lesson plans are completed by classroom teachers (lesson plan training provided).- Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience.- Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their academic and social needs.- Communicate effectively with staff and the administrative team to share student progress and address any concerns.- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program.- Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily teaching strategies.- Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.- Participate in professional development opportunities, both on their own and as a team, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in the field of early childhood education, including a state annual conference out of town.
