We offer relevant training competitive salary benefits and special discount rates for employees children.In this exciting role youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:Direct the daily operations of the preschool program in support of policies and proceduresMotivate train develop and oversee all on-site staffOrganize evaluate and oversee the site to create a fun and engaging learning environmentFoster relationships by creating open and ongoing communication with parents and site administrationProvide a caring family-oriented environment where positive child/adult relationships are developedProvide guidance and feedback to help team members strengthen knowledge and skills to accomplish individual and team goalsMaintain CO State child-care licensure compliance at the designated site.ScheduleThis position is a SUBSTITUTE position. You will need to be able to work M-F 6:15am-8:15am and 2:00pm-6:00pm (estimated time frame) upon program needs.
