Are you ready to join the fun Location: Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public SchoolsSchedule: The Group Leader is expected to report at their site 2:30pm-6:00pm on Monday - Friday. (No weekends!) Various hours may be needed at times for work load.Pay & Benefits:starting at $17.50 per hour (Current CDA Certification/ Master Teacher rate)Part-time benefits including health and paid time off available.Employee referral program.Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents.Here is what you will need: Be a Master Teacher/ Current CDA certification You can meet the requirements in one of the following ways:CDA CCP Credential12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPDOklahoma certificate of Mastery 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate) As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.Complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing/operating clubs that build on the students interests and talents.Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.Come join the AlphaBEST movement to help kids journey to greater discovery and connection to the world around them.
