Living within an easily commutable distance is required for regular onsite work and meetings.Responsibilities include: Oversee all EMPs ensuring that quality services are provided to clients in a timely fashion Oversee the accurate and timely collection and maintenance of database records and statistics Produce and analyze reports to meet contractual obligations and other internal reporting requirements; proactively recommend improvements based on data Maintain update and share resource materials on educational and training opportunities and social services listings Provide technical guidance training and assistance to staff within and across departments on program guidelines processes resource availability and in the resolution of complex matters Conduct home and fieldwork visits as necessary Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with staff (including across departments) community groups funding sources constituents and stakeholders Proactively identify and inform supervisor/leadership of any issues that may adversely affect the program department or organization Represent the organization in community meetings with social service and legislative groups; participate in state-wide community and agency meetings including as point person Remain current with housing assistance trends and services to ensure maximum benefit to clientsSupervisory responsibilities include: Set effective and achievable training plans for new staff members; evaluate and make process improvements based on feedback Evaluate and provide timely feedback to staff on performance-related matters; assess staff members strengths and developmental needs; implement performance plans to ensure the development and/or maintenance of necessary skills Hire new/replacement staff in an efficient manner following recruiting process guidelines Those directly and indirectly supervised may include program staff and temporary workersRequirements include: 5 years progressively responsible equivalent experience in housing social services or a related role; a combination of experience plus a Bachelors degree may be a substitute 1 year in a supervisory or lead role Preference for case management experience Counseling and assessment skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new technologies Advanced organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail plus the ability to reprioritize Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team with the capacity to communicate and mentor effectively including in group settings Ability to travel as necessitated by the program Ability to obtain and retain valid certifications (training provided) Bilingual (Spanish/English) written and verbal skills appreciated but not required CORIWay Finders is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
