The eContracting Operations Supervisor leads ongoing eContracting initiatives that advance the digitalization of the contracting process for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. This role manages vendor, dealer, and field relationships; supports DMS switches and buy/sell activities; and leads the review of enhancements and automation opportunities to further develop the solution in alignment with business and compliance needs. The Supervisor leads a team of Specialists who support the execution and advancement of the eContracting strategy. The Supervisor also ensures adherence to MBFS processes and protocols, including proper documentation and secure data storage.
The Supervisor works closely with the eContracting and Contract Originations teams to move strategic initiatives forward. Responsibilities include facilitating brainstorming and strategy discussions, reviewing compliance requirements with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners, analyzing reporting, identifying digital creation and signing trends, and providing recommendations based on findings. This position also coordinates stakeholder meetings, prepares agendas, documents meeting notes, and communicates next steps. In addition, the Supervisor provides operational support for eContracting processes in close collaboration with Funding and Credit Operations Management. The role requires subject matter expertise, a current understanding of eContracting and funding requirements, and the ability to identify potential performance, legal, or process impacts as issues arise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists supporting eContracting initiatives. Drive performance through coaching, productivity monitoring, performance management, and employee engagement while fostering a "Customer One" service culture. (30%)
- Oversee daily eContracting operations, ensuring eContracting activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with MBFS requirements. Provide ongoing operational support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain continuity across all eContracting processes. (25%)
- Analyze reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to eContracting performance and dealer adoption. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, increase digital utilization, and support ongoing process improvements. (20%)
- Act as the primary liaison for external vendors and internal stakeholders, including DMS providers, Deal Exchange partners, DRMs and cross-functional teams (Funding, IT, Legal, Contract Originations). Ensure alignment, coordination, and execution of required activities. (10%)
- Drive eContracting strategy through cross-functional collaboration, including leading projects, managing enhancements, supporting DMS integrations, and facilitating strategy discussions. Coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of initiatives. (10%)
- Ensure adherence to MBFS policies, funding requirements, and regulatory standards. Maintain documentation, support compliance reviews, and identify potential risks. Serve as the eContracting subject matter expert, providing guidance on process, system functionality, and business impacts. (5%)
Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

Education: High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
