Albany St Broken Arrow, OK 74012 is seeking an Education Coach for our new private preschool. This position will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted in early childhood education and child care services to families we serve. We are seeking an individual who is energetic, organized, a problem solver, and possesses great communication skills. This individual needs to be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the success of our next generation.Primrose School of Broken Arrow is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged school age.Benefits:Full-time, Mon - Friday 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM (8-hour shift with a 1 hour break)Health benefits packageEducational benefitsPTO and Paid HolidayPaid TrainingChildcare discountsAdvancement opportunitiesCelebrate all fun school eventsPrimary Responsibilities:Understands and has strong working knowledge of Primrose Balanced Learning curriculumPassionately believes in and is able to communicate all aspects of the Primrose Balanced Learning approach to teaching and learningParticipates in hiring, training and retaining teaching staffCoordinates with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff according to classroom-specific Continual Learning GuidesEnsures teacher training requirements are up-to-dateConducts classroom observations to regularly support and ensure Balanced Learning curriculum implementation and deliveryCollaborates with other members of the Leadership Team to provide ongoing feedback for teaching staff, using a variety of tools such as Classroom Observation Forms and Teacher EvaluationsWorks with teachers to identify strengths and areas of opportunity to design plans for continual improvementCreates a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselvesLeading parent engagement around any classroom related questions or feedback through the yearAssisting on parent enrollmentDesired skills and experience:A Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum or related field required. Masters degree preferred.Oklahoma Director Level Credentials (Bronze - Platinum) required or can obtainOpportunity for advancement to director levelA minimum of two years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood programs is preferredCPR and First Aid required.Must meet state licensing and Primrose training requirementsStrong background in state licensing regulations and staffingDemonstrated highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsDemonstrated responsibilities in assisting Director with overseeing all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operation.A proven track record in assisting in hiring, developing and retaining staffStrong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the communityAbility to provide constructive feedback and advice to othersCoachable and able to coachSolution and detail-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong classroom management and organizational skillsEach Primrose school is a privately owned and operated franchise, and the respective Franchise Owner is the employer at each school.
