White Birch Educational Services is a women and clinician owned and operated agency in New Hampshire. We provide support to children through districts with school psychologists, mental health/social workers, board-certified behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other related services.We are looking for paraprofessionals for one of our school district partners in their high school.A paraprofessional provides direct assistance to students with special needs in a school setting, under the guidance of a teacher. They support students with learning, behavioral, and physical needs, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. This support can involve reinforcing lessons, assisting with assignments, and helping students stay on task.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience as a Paraprofessional and an RBT certification is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills.Compassionate and committed to students well-being.
