The ideal candidate is passionate about improving education and has experience working in various educational settings.Hicksville Public Schools 200 Division Avenue, Hicksville, NY 11801 United States of AmericaResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations of educational programs and services to assess their effectivenessDesign and implement evaluation plans and protocolsCollect and analyze data using a variety of methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groupsPrepare reports detailing evaluation findings and recommendationsCollaborate with program directors, educators, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address themDevelop and maintain relationships with partners involved in educational programs and servicesStay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in educational evaluationRequirementsBachelor's degree in education, psychology, statistics, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in designing and conducting evaluations of educational programs and servicesStrong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge of educational policies, programs, and initiatives at the local, state, and national levels.
