Efficiency Systems Engineer at Peraton

ResponsibilitiesPeraton is hiring an Efficiency Systems Engineer to support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As an Efficiency Systems Engineer on our team you will support an efficiency-focused group at the top level of a directorate focused on identifying and seizing opportunities to leverage and evolve the directorates personnel. Tasks include:Perform requirements management for an efficiency-focused organization and help make improvement recommendations while ensuring critical requirements are not lost.Engage with internal and external personnel to improve the processes of the organization including helping the organization run more like a businessIdentify areas for improvement and help realize changes in processes that are scalable to other organizations. #AJCMQualificationsIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required:A bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering or a related discipline and at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A masters degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
