Apply now and energize your career with a true leader in the global energy transformation.Key Responsibilities:Maintain databases for EHS records e.g. inputting and tracking injury information audit results and findings and training activitiesAnalyze data generate reports and highlight areas of increased riskEvaluates and improves quality of leading and lagging indicator dataProvide validated findings to EHS stakeholders in the form of clear concise and professional charts reports and dashboardsPropose ideas write specifications and test development items for AES EHS Management Information SystemProactively improve the quality of EHS data reporting and analysisActively support development of EHS data visualizationsOther duties as assignedKey Requirements:Four year Degree or equivalent experience with digital systems and/or EHS management softwareHighly detail orientedMust be a self-starter and independently identify areas for continuous improvementStrong computer and analytical skillsAbility to review analyze and draw conclusions from dataStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationshipsHas an attitude that finishes the work to a high level of professionalismStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationshipsMust be able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environmentPrior experience with data visualization tools e.g.Experience with software development and testing preferredExperience with safety management software systems preferredPassion for Environmental Health and SafetyExperience in working in multi-functional projects1-3 years related experienceAES is an Equal Opportunity Employer who is committed to building strength and delivering long-term sustainability through diversity and inclusion.
