These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain EHS policies procedures and programs. Ensure compliance with all federal state and local EHS regulations (e.g. OSHA EPA). Conduct EHS risk assessments inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards. Lead incident investigations root cause analyses and implement corrective actions. Design and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees. Manage hazardous waste chemical safety and environmental permitting processes. Monitor EHS performance metrics prepare reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety Engineering or a related scientific field. 7 years of progressive EHS experience with at least 3 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of OSHA EPA and other federal state and local EHS regulations. Proven experience developing implementing and managing comprehensive EHS programs and management systems (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001). Professional EHS certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist). Bonus Qualifications Experience with multi-site EHS management. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) designation. Demonstrated experience leading sustainability initiatives or ESG reporting.
