Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all federal state local and company EHS regulations and policies. Develop implement and manage EHS programs policies and procedures for the manufacturing facility. Conduct EHS risk assessments job hazard analyses and ergonomic evaluations to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Lead incident investigations determine root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees contractors and visitors. Manage hazardous waste disposal air emissions wastewater discharge and other environmental compliance programs. Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits to ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance driving continuous improvement. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field. 5 years of progressive EHS experience with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment. Thorough knowledge and practical application of OSHA EPA and other federal/state EHS regulations. Experience developing implementing and managing EHS management systems (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001). Professional EHS certification (e.g. CSP CIH CHMM) preferred.
