Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all federal state and local EHS regulations and company policies. Develop implement and manage comprehensive EHS programs policies and procedures. Conduct regular EHS audits inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Lead incident investigations root cause analysis and implement preventative measures. Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees contractors and visitors. Manage hazardous waste air emissions wastewater discharge and other environmental programs. Maintain EHS records prepare regulatory reports and track key performance indicators. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related technical field. 5 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity. Expert knowledge of federal state and local EHS regulations (OSHA EPA etc.) applicable to industrial operations. Proven ability to develop implement and manage comprehensive EHS programs policies and procedures. Relevant professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist). Demonstrated experience in incident investigation root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Bonus Qualifications Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation. Experience integrating EHS initiatives with Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence programs. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing comprehensive industrial hygiene programs. Proficiency with EHS management software (e.g. Gensuite Intelex Cority) and data analytics for performance tracking.
