Ensure strict compliance with all federal state and local EHS regulations (e.g. OSHA EPA). Conduct regular EHS risk assessments audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards. Lead incident investigations root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions. Develop and deliver EHS training programs to foster a safety-conscious workforce. Oversee hazardous waste management environmental permits and sustainability initiatives. Maintain accurate EHS records and prepare performance reports for management review. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field. 5 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of federal state and local EHS regulations (e.g. OSHA EPA). Proven ability to develop implement and manage EHS programs and management systems. Strong leadership communication and training skills to foster a proactive safety culture. Professional EHS certification (e.g. CSP CIH CHMM) preferred.
