Marie MI. This crew will install full Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems from WRB to finish coat. Work continues through the weekend with only Thanksgiving Day off to hit deadline.Key Responsibilities Install EIFS insulation board (EPS/XPS) cut/shape/fit material Apply base coats and embed fiberglass mesh properly Apply finish coats with required textures/colors Install WRBs flashing and drainage components Perform detailing around penetrations windows/doors control joints Patch/repair EIFS as needed Follow manufacturer specifications (Dryvit STO Master Wall etc.) Maintain clean and safe work environmentRequired Experience 2 years EIFS stucco or façade finishing experience Skilled with trowels knives mesh work rasping and texture finishing Understanding of moisture management and WRB sequencing Ability to work heights/scaffolding Must have basic hand tools Reliable transportationPreferred Commercial construction carpenters or stucco mechanics transitioning into EIFS Experience with Dryvit STO Master Wall Parex Synergy Senergy BASF systems Previous work on hotels retail facades big-box remodels or mid-rise commercial cladding Understanding of building envelope science (air barriers dew point thermal bridging)Schedule & Project Details Start:Immediate Duration: Through project completion Hours: Full days weekend work required Off Day: Thanksgiving only Per Diem: Yes for qualified travelers (no travel reimbursement)How to Apply (Fastest)Call/Text: (Great Basin Staffing Recruiting)Apply Now: OpportunityGreat Basin Staffing LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
