The specific needs are detailed below in the Project Services and Deliverables section.Contractor will provide operational program support for the companies SmartCharge Commercial program.Application & Eligibility ReviewThe contractor will complete application/eligibility reviews which will consist of:Assist and coordinate any discovery meetings for potential participantsReview applications for completion; verify necessary documents are uploaded and meet program requirementsReview and confirm eligibility for SCC program offeringsComplete a programmatic check per applicationSave and upload appropriate documents relevant to each applicationUpdate and progress applications in Salesforce as neededData Analysis and Payment Preparation:Charging data will be provided by the participants on a monthly basis to receive quarterly incentive payments. The consultant will be expected to perform the following:Ensure sufficient data is provided for payment which includes but is not limited to,Session and Interval Unique Identification numbersSession and/or interval Start and Stop date/time in DD:HH:MM:SS.Energy Demand in kWh during session and/or interval durationThe Peak demand in kW during session and/or interval durationThe site's time zoneCharger Outage or uptime.Review data and complete incentive calculation checks using program guide.Complete payment process check.Report on any relevant findingsPlease Note: This is a W2 onstie / hybrid role in NYC.
