Weve expanded our services to include HVAC electrical plumbing and more opening exciting new opportunities for growth and advancement!Job Summary:The Apprentice Electrician assists with electrical installations under the Foremans supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe clean job site supporting the team with materials and tools and beginning or completing a 4-year apprenticeship program required for future licensing in the state. Apprentices must track and document On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours and pass each year of the program once enrolled.Key Responsibilities:Assist in electrical installations.Ensure job site safety and cleanliness.Provide materials and tools as needed.Track OJT hours and complete apprenticeship coursework.Minimum Requirements:Reliable Transportation.Physical ability to perform job duties.Strong communication skills.Physical Demands:Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally more with assistance.Prolonged standing and walking on various surfaces.Frequent ladder use and work at heights.Regular bending kneeling and working in confined spaces.Frequent use of hands for tools and precision work.Good vision and hearing required; use of PPE including safety glasses and hearing protection is mandatory.Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.Safety Requirements:Comply with OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE as needed.Report hazards and follow safe work practices.Work Environment:Protective equipment is required in noisy dusty or hazardous environments.Work may involve tight spaces and handling heavy tools.Overtime weekend and emergency work may be required.Indoors and outdoors in various settings exposed to extreme weather confined spaces and high elevations.Why Join Team KlineWe dont just offer a job; we offer a chance to grow with a company that treats you like family.
