Naples, FL | 6 am to 2:30 pm | Long-Term Opportunity | $18 - $26/hr.
We're actively hiring Electromechanical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Naples, FL. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in building quality products, and want a stable role with room to grow, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, routing, and installation of electrical components
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with production leads or engineers
- Track assembly steps and report defects or material shortages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
- Follow all company quality and safety standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
