This position is responsible for the assembly of complex circuit card assembly housing.This position is for 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm).Additionally Electrical Assembly will:Fabricate electrical and/or mechanical assembliesFollow manufacturing planning for instructions and inspection requirements per IPC standards.Perform in process electrical tests consistent with an FTP document.Verify dimensions and or performance using standard measuring instrumentsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and understand manufacturing planning instructionsExperience with Circuit Card Assemblies preferredCertification to IPC-7711/7721 J-STD-001 IPC-A-610 is a plus.1-2 years of experience with automated SMT and through hole CCA equipment1-2 years in using precision tools fixture and measuring equipmentAbility to read and assemble parts from manufacturing planning instructionsAbility to perform detailed work requiring fine motor skillsCapable of lifting 50 pounds from floor to height of 25 inches capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds have a grip strength of at least 50 pounds and be able to reach above shoulder 65 inches above floor level (minimum).Responsible for and accountable for product safety and the quality of work including as a minimum all elements defined in the Companys Quality PolicyU.S. Citizenship requiredPosition requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if needed.
