This position is for 2nd Shift (2:00pm 10:30pm).Additionally the Electrical Assembly Solder will:Fabricate electrical assembliesFollow manufacturing planning for instructions and inspection requirements.Perform wire cutting stripping dressing ends and other simple cable operationsSolder wires and other electronic componentsPerform assembly operations or inspection under microscope or other magnifying device as requiredPackage parts her handling requirements including ESD requirementsVerify dimensions and or performance using standard measuring instruments and HASS equipmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3 years of experience in electrical soldering and wire crimpingAbility to assemble circuit boards and wire harnessesAbility to read and assemble parts from manufacturing planning instructionsAbility to perform detailed work requiring fine motor skillsCapable of lifting 50 pounds from floor to height of 25 inches capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds have a grip strength of at least 50 pounds and be able to reach above shoulder 65 inches above floor level (minimum).Responsible for and accountable for product safety and the quality of work including as a minimum all elements defined in the Companys Quality PolicyUS Citizenship requiredPosition requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if needed.
