Compensation/Benefits: Base Salary: $150K-$165K DOE Bonus $600/month car allowance and company cell phone 100% company paid medical/dental insurance premium for employees Long-term disability insurance 401k Paid vacation, personal, sick time, and holidays Job Details Job Description: Manage electrical projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsite/costs/budgets, lead team onsite, value engineering, change orders, and GC/client/sub relations Blueprints, contracts, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager on commercial, industrial, or public works electrical construction projects Prefer experience in Accubid and Bluebeam Must pass background check, drug test, and reference check Interested in hearing more?
