They also are a full line stocking distributor for the components that they trust to use in the assemblies that bear their name and reputation.SUMMARYPanel builders construct a wide variety ofautomation control systems, with industrial control wiring, panel fabrication and assembly. Consistently produceofone-of-a-kind control systems from schematic drawings, and with a thorough understanding of best-practices and UL508a part of the production team, you will work cooperatively with other builders, technicians, and engineers on interesting and challenging projects.SCHEDULE:Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (flexibility is needed)OT availablePAY: up to $30/hr for highest level and qualified candidatesBENEFITS UPON HIRE: Paid Vacation & PTO, 9paid holidays, Healthcare, Profit Sharing &401(k)DUTIES:Level I (Fabricator) - Production skills andprocesses such as wiring and mechanical assembly. Using Hand Tools like drills, jig saws, grinders,and crimpers. Demonstrate theability to perform successfully in a team environment. Perform with a high stand and document Quality ControlLevel II - Level I skills/experience AND thorough familiarity with industrial control components and terminology.Functional understanding of UL508A and NFPA79 standards Must be able to build directly from schematic drawings Must be able to plan efficient and standards-compliant panel layouts Needs at least 1 year of experienceLevel III (Master Builder) - Level II skills/experience ANDComplete mastery of wire prep, crimping, soldering, red-line documentation Needs at least 5 years of experienceQUALIFICATIONS:Specific qualifications listed above forLevel of interest.Strong organizational skillsStrong attention to detailGood communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructionAbility to lift 50 poundsMust have reliable personal transportationAdditional work will be required in a wide variety of environments and industries, including everything from clean-room to rock quarry to military installations.You must be willing to work offsite as required, which will usually be day trips, but may also include up to week-long field installation trips out of town.Apply on line or Call today to apply! 971.371.4028PrideStaff Portland is a locally owned and operated Staffing Agency.
