We draw on each others strengths and allow for different work styles to build engagement and satisfaction to deliver results.We have a terrific career opportunity for an Electrical Engineer who can effectively provide engineering and technical support to the manufacturing operations identify and execute process improvement and cost reduction initiatives and handle the selection design and installation of capital projects.The position works closely with other staff engineers andis responsible forproviding engineering and technical services to support the manufacturing equipment maintenance systems and production processes. In addition this position plays a critical role in our lean efforts as we continuously strive to improve our processes and reduce waste.Whats in it for youDrive high-impact engineering projects with full ownership and visibility.Collaborate across skilled engineering teams to implement innovative lean-focused improvements.Advance your technical expertise through hands-on work with cutting-edge automation and control systems.What does an Electrical Engineer doProactively providing engineering and technicalassistanceto the manufacturing plants in term of equipment maintenance and production processes and systems.Activelyparticipating as a contributing member on projectteams inidentifyingand resolving common cause and special cause issues thatimpactplant reliability and performance.Investigating manufacturing problems in the plants and recommending corrective actions. This includes consulting with production personnelanalyzingthe supporting data recommending corrective actions and following through on recommendations to evaluate their effectiveness.Developing preliminary concepts and budgetary capital estimates for new products projects and improvements.Assistingin and / or developing vendor bid packages and final vendor selection forpurchasedparts and services.Executing capital projects ensuring cost schedule and performance goals are met or exceeded.
