Electrical Engineer (Healthcare Commercial Project Focused) at Latitude

Position: Electrical Engineer (Commercial / Healthcare)Location: Charlotte NC or Fort Myers FL Employment Type: Full-TimeOverview: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. This role focuses on designing developing and supporting electrical systems for commercial and healthcare projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise hands-on Revit experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is not required but is considered a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop electrical systems for commercial and healthcare facilities including power distribution lighting fire alarm and low-voltage systems.Create and manage electrical drawings and models using Revit.Perform load calculations equipment selection and code compliance verification.Coordinate project requirements with architects mechanical engineers structural engineers and contractors.Participate in project meetings communicate design concepts and support construction administration activities.Review submittals respond to RFIs and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure designs adhere to applicable codes standards and client requirements.Qualifications:Accredited bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.4 years of experience in electrical design for commercial or healthcare environments.Practical Revit experience required.Strong understanding of NEC NFPA and other relevant electrical standards.Excellent communication problem-solving and coordination skills.PE license is not required but is highly preferred.Preferred Skills:Experience with lighting design software (e.g. AGi32 or Visual).Knowledge of project delivery methods and construction processes.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.#LAT$80000 - $120000 a year Key Skills Fashion Retail,Academics,Business Operations,Domestic,Autocad,Clinical Experience: years Vacancy: 1
