Strong knowledge of electrical theory circuit design and industry regulations is essential.Job DescriptionThe Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing electrical systems equipment and components.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop electrical systems and componentsConduct research to ensure that designs are safe efficient and cost-effectiveCreate and review technical drawings specifications and standardsCollaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and solve complex problemsPerform testing and assessment of electrical systems and componentsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsProvide technical guidance and support to other team membersRequirementsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering3 years of experience with electrical systems components and codesExperience with CAD software and other engineering toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologiesAdditional Job DetailsTechnical T2Organizational Impact Works to achieve operational functional and/or business targets within team with direct and indirect impact on departmental or job family results using practical technical principles Intermediate-level technical contributor; generally works independently under moderate supervision and may seek advice of more senior employees in the same area Failure to achieve results requires allocation of additional resources to meet goals and impacts project completion with the potential for additional financial expense.
