Electrical Engineer at PTS Advance

Details:The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the development and design of electrical control systems for Oil & Gas drilling this role the Electrical Engineer will design and produce documentation drawings and procedures for control systems.Job Responsibilities:Produce drawings packages: Electrical One Line Diagrams Wiring / Interconnect Diagrams Loop Diagrams I/O Lists Cable Indexes Fabrication and Assembly general arrangement drawings of Control Panels and Terminal Boxes Cable and Instrument Layouts Hazardous Area Layouts.Provide technical support for drilling products aftermarket/service and installation & commissioning.Design electrical subsystems and assemblies within budget and schedule to meet customer and internal requirements.Coordinate and review designs with customers and internal department leads.Design new drilling equipment.Coordinate equipment Factory Acceptance Tests electrical commissioning and start-up support as required.Provide leadership and expertise in continuing to improve the quality and process.Ensure that equipment designs comply with industry standards foreign or domestic.Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.Job Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field5 or more years experience designing electrical control systemsKnowledge of NEC IEEE and IEC standardsExperience utilizing AutoCADExperience working with PLC and HMI applications***Hybrid work scheduled after interim period.***5% Bonus Structure Key Skills Electrical Engineering,Lighting Design,System Design,Firmware,NEC,LabView,PCB,CAD,Fpga,Autocad,Programmable Logic Controllers,Revit Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
