Electrical SuperintendentLocation: Dallas/Ft Worth MetroplexIndustry: Commercial / Multifamily ConstructionType: Full-Time Direct HireRecruiter Confidential SearchOur client a growing and well-respected electrical contractor is seeking an Electrical Foremanto oversee field operations for a range of projects including car dealerships healthcare facilities distribution warehouses and multifamily high-rise developments.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering quality on-schedule projects with safety at the forefront.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all field activities on assigned electrical construction projects.Lead and coordinate crews subcontractors and site operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.Interpret blueprints and specifications ensuring installations meet design and code requirements.Collaborate with project managers engineers and foremen to meet project goals schedules and budgets.Conduct regular safety and quality inspections addressing issues promptly.Track manpower materials and progress reporting for management.Mentor field staff promoting teamwork accountability and professional development.Qualifications7 years of experience in electrical construction with at least 2 in a field leadership or superintendent role.Proven experience managing crews on commercial healthcare warehouse or multifamily projects.Strong knowledge of NEC electrical systems and reading electrical drawings.Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.Proficiency in Procore or similar project management tools preferred.Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus.Why This OpportunityWell-established contractor with a strong project pipeline.Competitive pay vehicle allowance and comprehensive benefits.Opportunity to lead diverse high-visibility projects.Supportive team-oriented culture with an emphasis on safety and quality.
