This role is ideal if youre eager to learn the trade support multi-site commercial projects across North Carolina and develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced field environment.Responsibilities:Assist in installing maintaining and repairing electrical systems; including wiring conduit fixtures and control systemsCarry and organize tools materials and supplies to and from worksitesMeasure cut and bend wire and conduit under guidanceStrip insulation prep wiring and help thread conduit and secure fittingsSupport electricians with routine tasks: holding materials cleaning tools and preparing job sitesMonitor safety compliance wear PPE secure tools and keep the site organizedHelp trace or troubleshoot minor electrical issues and report them promptlyQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentSome experience or interest in the electrical trades; an apprenticeship certificate is a plusSomeone able to lift bend climb ladders and work in varied conditions (indoor/outdoor varying weather sometimes confined spaces)Ability to follow instructions closely and work safely under supervisionBasic understanding of hand tools and willingness to learn electrical tools and materialsComfortable working in a team environment and eager to grow into more skilled rolesBenefits: Health dental and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.$20 - $25 an hourWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process such as reviewing applications analyzing resumes or assessing responses.
