Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull-time · Permanent A large, established manufacturing facility is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering Lead to support plant operations, reliability, and capital projects.In this role, you will:Lead and execute capital and major repair projects from concept through commissioningProvide day-to-day E&I technical support to operations, maintenance, and utilitiesSupport and improve plant power distribution and control systems (medium/low voltage, drives, protection, and controls)Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule project executionMaintain and improve engineering documentation and mentor less-experienced engineersIdeal background:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)10+ years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong experience with plant power systems, instrumentation, and control systemsProven ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and support a 24/7 operating facility
