What You’ll Do as the Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor:Lead a skilled team of electricians, techs, and control engineersChampion safety and NFPA 70E complianceTroubleshoot, maintain, and optimize electrical systemsElevate team skills through training and mentorshipCollaborate with production to boost uptime and cut wasteManage maintenance schedules, inventory, and upgrades Minimum Qualifications for the Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor:· At least 4 years of related experience in electrical/maintenance such as foreman, planning or reliability, and demonstrated supervisory ability OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.· Demonstrated communications/listening skills.
