We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and exciting projects within the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical projects in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data center environments, utilizing their superior knowledge of construction management, electrical safety, and estimating.
Base Salary is between 120-140K + Commission (Salary can be up to 200K+)
Responsibilities:
1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of the project.
2. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
4. Developing and maintaining project schedules, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
5. Implementing and enforcing safety and compliance standards throughout all phases of the project.
6. Managing and resolving any issues or problems that arise during the project.
7. Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure work is progressing as planned.
8. Utilizing Procore and Blue Beam software to improve project efficiency and documentation.
9. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing electrical projects in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data center environments.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction management practices, electrical safety regulations, and estimating techniques.
4. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully managing contracts and agreements.
5. Proficiency in Procore and Blue Beam software.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
8. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
9. Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable.
