Electrical Test Associate at Staffmark Group

Staffmark is seeking an experienced Electrical Test Associate to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Plano, TX. In this role, you'll perform manual and automated testing of PCB assemblies and components, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM What You'll Do: Conduct functional, in-circuit, and continuity tests on PCBAs Operate ICT, FCT, and other electronic testing equipment Read and follow schematics, test specs, and technical documentation Identify, troubleshoot, and document test failures and defects Record test data accurately in production and ERP systems Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and test fixtures Work closely with leads, production managers, and engineers Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety protocols Cross-train in other departments as needed Requirements: High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in electronics testing or related field Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Able to read and interpret schematics and technical documents Familiarity with IPC standards and electronics testing tools Good computer and data entry skills Ability to stand, bend, and work at benches for extended periods U.S. citizen or permanent resident status required Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team setting Why You'll Love This Job:We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
