Heres to doing good things together!How you contribute to our successThe Regional Vice President of Strategic Partners is a senior contributor within Navigates sales organization responsible for driving strategic growth through high-level partner engagement and direct oversight of complex sales cycles. This role requires an experienced sales leader capable of owning relationships with health plans TPAs PBMs captives and other payor organizations without the need for foundational sales training. The RVP will be expected to represent Navigate as a trusted industry expert open doors in established networks and accelerate revenue growth in an assigned region. Travel may be up to 30 percent of the time.Success in this role is defined byConsistent attainment of sales targetsExpansion of strategic partner relationshipsAccurate forecastingStrong collaboration with internal teamsYour Responsibilities to the team our clients and communityDevelop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy that expands Navigates footprint across health plans TPAs PBMs captives broker channels and other partner ecosystemsLeverage deep industry experience to independently identify pursue and close high-value opportunitiesCultivate and maintain strong executive-level relationships with decision makers including product network medical leadership population health and commercial strategyLead high-impact presentations solution discussions and partner engagements that articulate Navigates differentiated valueCollaborate with implementation product analytics and marketing to align solutions with partner needsMaintain accurate CRM documentation for forecasting and pipeline managementAchieve or exceed annual sales targets and performance metricsServe as a senior representative of Navigate at conferences regional events and partner meetingsThe Ideal CandidateStrong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a senior or strategic sales roleProven success selling to health plans TPAs PBMs captives and employer-focused organizationsDemonstrated ability to close large and complex deals with minimal oversightExisting network of industry relationships that accelerates time to pipeline and revenueExcellent executive presence and communication skillsSelf-directed disciplined and able to manage a large regional market independentlyExperience in the wellbeing digital health or healthcare ecosystem strongly preferredThe Navigate Way - Core Expectations: At Navigate we expect all our employees to live the family values that have helped shape our culture:Deliver the BoomEverybody Love EverybodyWe are FamilyInspire & InnovateEmbrace ChangeGrowth is GreatEfficient & EffectiveGive BackExperience & Education needed for success in this roleExperience5-7 years of direct sales experience in the healthcare of wellbeing industry selling into health plans TPAs PBMs captives or similar payor organizationsEducationBachelors degree or equivalent professional experiencePhysical & Working EnvironmentNormal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.Position requires occasional bending squatting twisting and climbing stairs.
